My therapeutic approach is grounded in warmth, respect and empathy. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship can help us find a fresh perspective and connect us to our own strength, resilience and clarity.  As a Certified Social Worker, I actively listen to each client and provide tools from evidence-based treatment approaches to help them face challenges.  My years of experience in healthcare have given me a unique understanding to help individuals and families dealing with grief and loss, health issues, caregiving, anxiety, and depression.

Cache Valley has been home to me for 25 years. Some of my favorite hobbies include spending time in the mountains, reading, gardening, baking and being with my wonderful family and friends.
